QuizPass ("the App") is developed and operated by Ondřej Hlava ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on iOS and Android platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

QuizPass is designed to operate entirely on your device. All data — including your vocabulary progress, quiz results, app selections, custom word lists, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using the platform's standard storage mechanisms.

2. App Usage Controls

QuizPass uses platform-specific frameworks to present vocabulary quizzes before granting access to selected apps:

• On iOS: Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks
• On Android: Usage Access API and accessibility services

This functionality:

• Operates entirely on-device through built-in platform frameworks
• Does not send any usage data to external servers
• Does not share your app usage information with us or any third parties
• Requires your explicit permission before being activated

3. In-App Purchases

QuizPass offers optional premium subscriptions processed entirely through the respective app stores:

• On iOS: Apple's App Store — governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• On Android: Google Play Store — governed by Google's Privacy Policy

We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

4. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device:

• Vocabulary progress and quiz history
• App preferences and settings
• Custom word lists
• Selected apps for shielding

This data stays on your device and is not backed up to any external server by us. It may be included in your device backups (iCloud, iTunes, or Google backup) depending on your device settings.

5. Analytics and Tracking

QuizPass does not use any analytics services, tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection frameworks. We do not track your activity, location, or behavior in any way.

6. Third-Party Services

QuizPass does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service interactions are with Apple's StoreKit (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android) for processing in-app purchases, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

QuizPass is suitable for users of all ages. Since the App does not collect any personal information, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. No data is collected from children or any other users.

8. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all QuizPass data at any time by:

• Deleting the QuizPass app from your device
• Using the reset options within the app's Settings
• On Android: Clearing app data via Settings → Apps → QuizPass → Storage → Clear Data

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
