ReptiLUM ("the App") is developed and operated by Ondřej Hlava ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

ReptiLUM is designed to operate entirely on your device and your local network. All data — including your enclosure configurations, device names and IP addresses, timer schedules, and app preferences — is stored locally on your device.

2. Local Network Communication

ReptiLUM communicates with LED lighting devices over your local Wi-Fi network (LAN). This communication:

• Takes place exclusively within your local network and does not involve any external servers or the internet
• Is used solely to discover, configure, and control your ReptiLUM LED devices
• Does not transmit any data outside of your local network
• Requires your permission to access the local network, as prompted by your device's operating system

3. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device:

• Enclosure configurations — names, accent colors, and background images
• Device information — device names and local IP addresses
• Timer schedules — LED timer and lighting schedule settings
• App preferences — color scheme, accent color, and display settings

This data stays on your device and is not backed up to any external server by us. It may be included in your device's automatic backups depending on your settings.

4. Analytics and Tracking

ReptiLUM does not use any analytics services, tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection frameworks. We do not track your activity, location, or behavior in any way.

5. Third-Party Services

ReptiLUM does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The App has no backend server, no cloud infrastructure, and no external data processing.

6. Children's Privacy

Since the App does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages. No data is collected from children or any other users.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all ReptiLUM data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the ReptiLUM app from your device
• Removing individual enclosures or devices within the app

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
